Swedish Relaxation Massage -involves a series of flowing strokes to help reduce stress, stimulate circulation, release tight muscles, improve range of motion, give relief from muscular pain.

Remedial massage - a healing treatment to assist in the repair of muscular dysfunctions caused by injury or chronic conditions. Each massage is designed to treat the individuals needs.
